Oh, Sleeper recently released a new track of their forthcoming album Children of Fire. The track is called ‘Hush Yeal’ and can be heard on the band’s Facebook.
According to Jen Rochester from The New Review, it “is a heart-wrenching song based on an attack that took place in Nahariya, Israel in 1979 where a family’s home was invaded by Palestinian terrorists. Two year old Yael was accidentally suffocated while hiding in a closet with her mother as the terrorists murdered her father Danny and four year old sister Einat in cold blood by drowning Danny in the ocean and then smashing Einat’s head into rocks with the butt of a gun.” Check out the review she wrote here.
Children of Fire is out on September 27 through Solid State Records.
