Hailing from Leeds, UK is The Flex. For those who are not aware of this band, you should be! Straight up Hardcore Punk at it’s finest form. Earlier they’ve announced a new record will be coming out in April called Wild Stabs In The Dark. To accompany that news they’ve recently released a promo for the upcoming LP. The promo is called Flexual Healing 3: T.H.E. F.L.E.X. and contains 3 songs that will feature on the new record and 2 covers (one from Motörhead and one from Discharge.
