Having spent most of 2011/2012 touring around the world, Hundredth have entered The Blasting Room in Fort Collins, CO with producers Bill Stevenson (Rise Against, Black Flag) and Jason Livermore (Stick To Your Guns) to begin work on a double EP titled Revolt / Resist. The first of the two, Revolt, is scheduled to be released in Spring of 2013 via Mediaskare Records. A limited vinyl release of the EPs will be made available via an exclusive partnership between Mediaskare and No Sleep Records.
Speaking on the new music and double EP concept, vocalist Chadwick Johnson commented:
“We’ve been in transition since our last release, so we wanted a chance to explore before releasing another LP.” Adding, “Elements of the band are still there, however it’s less of a fusion and more of a distinct separation. I’m not going to throw a myriad of adjectives out, but it’s a definite progression for us.”
